プライバシーポリシー
tryxia(以下「当方」といいます)は、iOSアプリケーション「瞬撮り」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」といいます)を定めます。
1. 本アプリが取得する情報
本アプリは、アプリ内課金の決済処理(Appleの提供する仕組みを通じた通信。詳細は「4. アプリ内課金について」参照)およびクラッシュ情報・利用状況の分析(詳細は「5. クラッシュ情報・利用状況の分析について」参照)を除き、利用者に関するいかなる情報も外部のサーバーへ送信・収集しません。動画の読み込み、フレームの切り出し、画像の高画質化処理は、すべて利用者の端末内で完結します。
本アプリは、アプリ内課金の決済処理およびクラッシュ情報・利用状況の分析を除き、以下を行いません。
- 利用者が選択・生成した動画・画像そのものの外部への送信
- 広告配信のための第三者SDKの利用
- 広告識別子(IDFA)の取得
- アカウント登録・ログイン機能の提供
2. 写真ライブラリへのアクセスについて
本アプリは、高画質化した写真を「写真」アプリに保存するため、iOSの標準機能を通じて写真ライブラリへの「追加」権限のみを利用者に要求します。この権限は写真の書き込み(追加)のみを許可するものであり、本アプリが既存の写真・動画を読み取ることはできません。
動画の選択には、Appleが提供するPhotosPicker(標準の動画選択画面)を使用します。この画面を通じて選択された動画のみを処理対象とし、動画そのものが本アプリ内やサーバーに保存されることはありません。
3. 第三者への提供
本アプリは、利用者情報を広告目的で第三者に提供・共有することはなく、データブローカーへ提供・販売することもありません。ただし、不具合の修正・アプリの改善を目的として、「5. クラッシュ情報・利用状況の分析について」に記載する範囲のデータをGoogle LLC(Firebase)へ送信します。なお、クレジットカード情報等の決済情報を当方が取得・保有することはありません(「4. アプリ内課金について」参照)。
4. アプリ内課金について
本アプリは無料でダウンロードいただけます。「高画質化して保存」機能は5回まで無料でお試しいただけ、以降は一回限りの買い切り型アプリ内課金(サブスクリプションではありません)で、回数制限なくご利用いただけます。決済はApple(App Store)が提供する仕組みを通じて処理され、クレジットカード情報等の決済情報は当方には一切提供・保存されません。決済に関する情報の取り扱いについては、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. クラッシュ情報・利用状況の分析について
本アプリは、不具合の発見・修正およびアプリの改善のみを目的として、Google LLCが提供するFirebase(Crashlytics および Google Analytics for Firebase)を利用し、以下をはじめとする情報を収集します。
- アプリがクラッシュした際の技術情報(クラッシュの発生箇所、発生時のアプリの状態)
- アプリの動作環境に関する情報(アプリのバージョン、端末の機種、OSのバージョン、言語・地域の設定など)
- アプリ内での操作イベント(画面の表示、保存の実行、購入・復元の実行など)
- Firebaseが自動的に記録する利用状況(初回起動、起動(セッション)の開始、利用時間、アプリのバージョン更新など)
- アプリ内課金の購入イベント(商品ID・価格)
- Firebaseが自動的に発行する匿名の識別子(端末やアプリのインストールを区別するためのもの。氏名・メールアドレス等と結び付くことはありません)
- 送信元IPアドレスから推定される大まかな地域情報(国・地域・都市のレベル。GPS等による正確な位置情報ではありません)
以下の情報は収集しません。
- 選択・処理した動画そのもの、および切り出し・高画質化した画像そのもの
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号など、利用者を直接特定できる情報
- 広告識別子(IDFA)
収集したデータを広告・ターゲティング広告の目的に利用することはなく、他社が保有するデータと結び付けることも、データブローカーへ提供することもありません。この取り扱いのため、本アプリはiOSの「トラッキングの許可を求める」確認画面(App Tracking Transparency)を表示しません。データの取り扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。
国外へのデータ移転について
前記のデータは、当方が処理を委託するGoogle LLC(米国。連絡先はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに記載)へ、本アプリの利用時にネットワークを通じて随時送信され、米国を含むGoogleのサーバー所在国で処理・保管されます。移転される項目は本節に記載した各情報であり、Google LLCにおける利用目的は、当方に対する本分析サービス(Firebase)の提供に限られます。保存期間は、クラッシュ情報が90日、利用状況の分析データはイベント単位のデータが2か月・ユーザー単位のデータが最長14か月で、いずれも期間経過後に自動的に削除されます。本アプリには収集の停止(オプトアウト)を切り替える設定はなく、この送信を拒否する方法は本アプリの利用の中止および削除です。その場合、本アプリの機能はご利用いただけなくなりますが、既に「写真」アプリへ保存した写真はそのまま残ります。データの取り扱いに関するお問い合わせは、「8. お問い合わせ」の連絡先までご連絡ください。
6. お子様のご利用について
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたサービスではなく、氏名・メールアドレス等、利用者を直接特定できる情報を収集することはありません。お子様がご利用になる場合も、収集する情報は「5. クラッシュ情報・利用状況の分析について」に記載した範囲に限られ、広告目的に利用することはありません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更その他の事由により、変更されることがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または当方が指定する場所に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。本ポリシーに重要な変更を行った場合は、冒頭の最終更新日を更新します。

Privacy Policy
tryxia ("we," "us," or "our") operates the iOS application "SyunDori" (瞬撮り, the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
Except for in-app purchase payment processing (communication with Apple through Apple's own payment system; see "4. In-App Purchase" below) and crash reporting and usage analytics (see "5. Crash Reporting and Usage Analytics" below), the App does not send or collect any information about you to any external server. Loading videos, extracting frames, and enhancing images are all performed entirely on your device.
Except for in-app purchase payment processing and crash reporting and usage analytics, the App does not:
- Send the videos or images you select or create to any external server
- Use third-party SDKs for advertising
- Collect the advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Provide account registration or sign-in features
2. Photo Library Access
To save your enhanced photo to the Photos app, the App requests only "add-only" access to your photo library through Apple's standard iOS permission system. This permission allows the App to write (add) photos only — the App cannot read your existing photos or videos.
To choose a video, the App uses Apple's PhotosPicker (the standard video-selection screen). Only the video you select through this screen is processed; the video itself is never stored within the App or sent to any server.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share or sell your information to third parties for advertising purposes, and we do not share or sell it to data brokers. However, for the purposes of fixing defects and improving the App, we send the data described in "5. Crash Reporting and Usage Analytics" to Google LLC (Firebase). Payment information such as credit card details is never received or held by us (see "4. In-App Purchase").
4. In-App Purchase
The App is free to download. The "enhance and save" feature can be tried free of charge up to 5 times; after that, a one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription) unlocks unlimited use. Payment is processed entirely through Apple's App Store payment system. We never receive or store your payment information (such as credit card details). Please refer to Apple's own privacy policy for how Apple handles payment information.
5. Crash Reporting and Usage Analytics
Solely to detect and fix defects and to improve the App, the App uses Firebase (Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase), provided by Google LLC, to collect information including the following:
- Technical information when the App crashes (where the crash occurred and the state of the App at the time)
- Information about your app environment (app version, device model, OS version, and language/region settings)
- In-app interaction events (such as screen views, saves, and purchases or restores)
- Usage information automatically recorded by Firebase (such as first launch, the start and duration of a session, and app version updates)
- In-app purchase events (product ID and price)
- An anonymous identifier automatically issued by Firebase (used to distinguish devices and app installations; it is never linked to your name, email address, or similar information)
- Approximate regional information inferred from your originating IP address (country, region, and city level — not precise location data such as GPS)
The App does not collect:
- The videos you select or process, or the images it extracts and enhances
- Information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, or phone number
- The advertising identifier (IDFA)
We never use this data for advertising or targeted advertising, we never combine it with data held by other companies, and we never provide it to data brokers. Because of how we handle this data, the App does not display the iOS "Allow app to track" prompt (App Tracking Transparency). Please also review Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.
International Data Transfer
The data described above is transmitted over the network, whenever you use the App, to Google LLC (located in the United States; contact details are available in Google's Privacy Policy), to which we entrust its processing, and is processed and stored in the countries where Google's servers are located, including the United States. The items transferred are the pieces of information listed in this section, and Google LLC uses them solely to provide the Firebase analytics service to us. Retention periods are 90 days for crash data, 2 months for event-level usage data, and up to 14 months for user-level usage data, each automatically deleted after the period expires. The App does not provide an opt-out setting; the only way to refuse this transmission is to stop using and delete the App. If you do so, you will no longer be able to use the App's features, but photos already saved to your Photos app will remain. 6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at any particular age group, and it does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address. When children use the App, the information collected is likewise limited to what is described in "5. Crash Reporting and Usage Analytics," and it is never used for advertising purposes.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to changes in law or other reasons. The revised policy will take effect once posted within the App or at the location we designate. If we make a material change to this Policy, we will update the Last Updated date shown above.

국외 이전에 관한 안내 (대한민국 이용자를 위한 고지)
본 앱은 오류 수정 및 앱 개선만을 목적으로 Google LLC가 제공하는 Firebase(Crashlytics 및 Google Analytics for Firebase)를 이용하며, 이에 따라 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리가 국외에 위탁·보관됩니다.
- 이전되는 항목: 크래시(충돌) 발생 시의 기술 정보, 앱 동작 환경 정보(앱 버전·기기 모델·OS 버전·언어/지역 설정), 앱 내 조작 이벤트, Firebase가 자동 기록하는 이용 현황, 앱 내 구매 이벤트(상품 ID·가격), Firebase가 자동 발급하는 익명 식별자, IP 주소로부터 추정되는 대략적인 지역 정보. 이용자를 직접 특정할 수 있는 정보(성명·이메일 주소 등), 동영상·이미지 자체, 광고 식별자(IDFA)는 수집하지 않습니다.
- 이전받는 자: Google LLC (미국 소재. 연락처는 Google 개인정보처리방침 참조)
- 이전 국가·시기·방법: 미국을 포함한 Google 서버 소재국으로, 본 앱 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 수시로 전송됩니다.
- 이용 목적 및 보유 기간: Google LLC의 이용 목적은 당사에 대한 본 분석 서비스(Firebase) 제공에 한정됩니다. 보유 기간은 크래시 정보 90일, 이용 현황 데이터는 이벤트 단위 2개월·사용자 단위 최장 14개월이며, 기간 경과 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 이전 거부의 방법 및 효과: 본 앱에는 수집 중지(옵트아웃) 설정이 없으며, 이전을 거부하는 방법은 본 앱 이용 중지 및 삭제입니다. 이 경우 본 앱 기능은 이용하실 수 없으나, 이미 '사진' 앱에 저장된 사진은 그대로 유지됩니다.
