利用規約
この利用規約(以下「本規約」といいます)は、tryxia(以下「当方」といいます)が提供するiOSアプリケーション「瞬撮り」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリをダウンロード・利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. サービス内容
本アプリは、利用者が選択した動画から任意のフレームを切り出し、端末内の処理により高画質化したうえで、写真アプリへ保存する機能を提供します。動画・画像の処理はすべて利用者の端末内で完結し、動画・画像そのものが外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。なお、不具合の修正・アプリの改善を目的としたクラッシュ情報・利用状況データの送信については、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
2. 利用許諾
当方は、利用者に対し、本アプリを利用者自身の個人的な用途のために使用する、非独占的かつ譲渡不能なライセンスを許諾します。本アプリおよびそれに含まれるすべての知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
3. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本アプリの複製、改変、頒布(Appleの定める方法による正規の再配布を除く)
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する目的での利用
- 第三者の権利を侵害する目的での利用
4. 購入・返金
本アプリは無料でダウンロードいただけますが、一部機能(高画質化して保存の無料回数を超えた利用)は一回限りの買い切り型アプリ内課金(Apple App Store経由)でご利用いただけます。返金に関するお問い合わせは、Appleの定める手続きに従い、App Storeを通じて行ってください。当方は返金処理を直接行うことができません。
5. 保証の否認
本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、当方は本アプリの完全性、正確性、特定目的への適合性について、明示または黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。特に、超解像処理による画質の向上効果は、元動画の画質・被写体・撮影条件等により異なり、当方はその効果を保証するものではありません。
6. 責任の制限
法令上許容される最大限の範囲において、当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
7. 規約の変更
当方は、必要と判断した場合、利用者への予告なく本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、当方が指定する場所への掲載をもって効力を生じるものとします。
8. 準拠法
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application "SyunDori" (瞬撮り, the "App") provided by tryxia ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
The App lets you extract any frame from a video you select, enhance it on your device, and save it to the Photos app. All video and image processing happens entirely on your device, and the videos and images themselves are never sent to an external server. For crash reporting and usage data sent to help us fix defects and improve the App, please see our Privacy Policy.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own personal purposes. The App and all intellectual property rights contained within it belong to us or our licensors.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App (except through legitimate redistribution methods permitted by Apple)
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public order and morals
- Use the App to infringe the rights of any third party
4. Purchases and Refunds
The App is free to download. Some functionality (using "enhance and save" beyond its free trial uses) requires a one-time in-app purchase made through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple's standard App Store refund process. We are not able to process refunds directly.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. In particular, the degree of visual improvement from the on-device enhancement process varies depending on the quality, subject, and shooting conditions of the original video, and we make no guarantee as to its effect.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms take effect once posted at the location we designate.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
